Professional Boundaries

Facilitator: Alex Clapson

Half-Day Workshop Outline

As Health & Social Care workers, we are committed to ensuring that people that we work with & care for are safe & protected. Understanding & maintaining Professional Boundaries is a key element of safe & effective practice for those we work with, ourselves, & the organisations we represent.

This course will raise awareness of the importance of Professional Boundaries, & give delegates the confidence to be able to identify poor practice, & respond to the risks this poses, to keep the children & vulnerable adults we work with safer.

Target Audience

This course is suitable for those who are new to working with children & / or vulnerable adults, as well those seeking to refresh their practice. Delegates will be given practical tips to keep themselves, & the children & vulnerable adults whom they work with safer.
