Alex uses a solutions focused coaching approach designed to achieve this by changing how participants focus on, and work with, people both inside and outside their organisation. Coaching & Mentoring work to increase effectiveness and boost performance, particularly during times of change (either for the individual, their team, or their organisation).
As a qualified & professional Mentor & Coach, Alex works with managers & other staff members who wish to improve the impact that they have at work & to overcome challenges to achieve their best. Recent successful interventions have included coaching NHS and Third Sector managers through significant reorganisations & coaching Senior Leaders within a large global Aviation Corporation.
Alex receives peer-supervision, adheres to the European Mentoring & Coaching Council’s Code of Ethics, and is committed to Continuing Professional Development. He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
With over 25 years of management experience in the private, public & third sector’s, Alex has coached and mentored many individuals to develop skills, knowledge and confidence to address current and future challenges.
